Return & Refund Policy

Affordable Tarpaulin & Supplies, LLC

At Affordable Tarpaulin & Supplies, LLC, we strive to provide quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before making your purchase.

Custom Tarps & Custom-Made Products

Because our tarps are custom manufactured to each customer's specifications, all custom tarps, custom covers, and special-order products are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless the product is determined to have a manufacturing defect or an error made by Affordable Tarpaulin & Supplies.

Customers are responsible for verifying all measurements, specifications, colors, and material selections before production begins.

Standard Products & Accessories

Non-custom products, including tarp system parts, accessories, hardware, motors, switches, springs, wire, and other stock items, may be returned within 10 calendar days of receiving the product, provided that:

The item is new, unused, and in its original condition.
The item is returned in its original packaging with all included parts and accessories.
A copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase is included.

Returns received after 10 days will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a verified manufacturing defect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us with:

Your invoice number
Photos of the damaged product and packaging
A brief description of the issue

We will work promptly to resolve the matter through replacement, repair, or another appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Custom tarps
Custom-made covers
Products that have been installed, modified, or used
Clearance, closeout, or special-order items
Electrical components that have been installed or connected

Refunds

Once your approved return has been received and inspected, any eligible refund will be processed to the original method of payment, less applicable restocking fees and shipping charges.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
