Because many of our products are manufactured to customer specifications, product appearance may vary slightly from photographs shown on our website.

3. Custom Orders

Custom-made products are manufactured according to the measurements and specifications provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for verifying:

Measurements
Material selection
Color
Fit
Product specifications

Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled or modified.

4. Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Pricing errors may occasionally occur. If an error is discovered after an order is placed, Affordable Tarpaulin & Supplies reserves the right to cancel or correct the order before shipment.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless credit terms (Net 15 or Net 30) have been approved.

Late payments may result in:

Finance charges
Suspension of credit privileges
Collection efforts
Legal action if necessary

Returned checks may be subject to additional fees.

6. Shipping

Shipping dates are estimates only.

Affordable Tarpaulin & Supplies is not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Weather
Material shortages
Manufacturer delays
Acts beyond our control

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment has been delivered to the carrier.

7. Installation

Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is compatible with their equipment before installation.

Affordable Tarpaulin & Supplies is not responsible for damages resulting from:

Improper installation
Misuse
Product modifications
Failure to follow manufacturer recommendations

8. Returns

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Summary:

Custom tarps are non-returnable.
Stock items may be returned within 10 days.
Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

9. Limited Warranty

We warrant our workmanship against manufacturing defects for a reasonable period following purchase.

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Abuse
Improper installation
Accidents
Neglect
Alterations
Damage caused by extreme weather or improper use

Replacement or repair of the defective product is our sole obligation.

10. Limitation of Liability

Affordable Tarpaulin & Supplies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase, installation, or use of our products.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
